AFTERCARE & ANSWERS
Protect the result.
Enjoy it longer.
Practical guidance for caring for your vehicle after detailing, correction, coating, film or specialty work.
CERAMIC COATINGS
Let the coating settle.
Follow the cure instructions provided when you pick up your vehicle. Cure time varies by coating and conditions. Until the shop says it is ready, avoid washing, chemicals and unnecessary water exposure.
- Use a pH-neutral vehicle shampoo and clean wash media.
- Avoid automatic brush washes and abrasive products.
- Remove bird droppings, insects and contaminants promptly and gently.
- Keep recommended inspections and maintenance services.
PAINT PROTECTION FILM & WRAPS
Protect the edges.
Allow fresh film to settle according to the instructions provided at delivery. Small amounts of installation moisture can be normal during the settling period.
- Do not direct high-pressure water at edges or seams.
- Use gentle hand-washing methods and non-abrasive products.
- Do not polish film or wrap unless the product is approved for it.
- Contact us before trying to correct lifting, damage or staining.
DETAILING & PAINT CORRECTION
Wash with care.
A refined finish stays cleaner and glossier when it is maintained with safe tools and techniques.
- Use separate, clean wash and drying towels.
- Work from cleaner upper panels toward dirtier lower panels.
- Avoid household cleaners, stiff brushes and dirty wash bays.
- Ask us for a maintenance plan suited to your protection.
MARINE & SPECIALTY
Rinse after exposure.
Salt, minerals, insects and environmental contaminants should not be allowed to remain on treated surfaces.
- Rinse with fresh water after use when appropriate.
- Use cleaners made for the specific surface and protection.
- Dry before storage and address stains early.
- Schedule maintenance based on use and storage conditions.
BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
Help us start on time.
Remove valuables and personal belongings, disclose known damage or previous repairs, and make sure we have keys and any access instructions. For estimate-based work, clear photos and a description of your goals help us prepare.
Why do some services require an estimate?
Paint condition, coverage, access, material and preparation can change the scope significantly. A manager reviews these projects before confirming price and time.
How long will my appointment take?
The booking page reserves time based on the selected vehicle size, service and add-ons. Condition or approved additional work can affect the final completion time.
When is a deposit required?
The booking flow shows the exact deposit before payment. Deposits are applied to the final balance. Eligible returning detailing customers may have the deposit waived.
What if weather affects my appointment?
Most work is performed inside our climate-controlled facility. If travel, curing or another part of the job is affected, the shop will contact you.
Can you pick up or deliver my vehicle?
Call or text the shop before booking to ask whether pickup or drop-off is available for your location and service.
Who should I contact with an aftercare concern?
Call or text 501-701-2085 before trying a repair or chemical treatment. Photos are helpful, and we may ask to inspect the surface.
