Services and estimates

Brock Boys provides automotive, marine, aircraft and specialty detailing, paint correction, ceramic coatings, paint protection film and related services. Quotes and time estimates may change after an in-person inspection reveals size, condition, access or preparation needs not visible beforehand.

Deposits, payment and cancellations

Appointment deposits are non-refundable and are credited toward the final service balance. Final payment is due when work is completed unless another arrangement is agreed in writing. Late arrivals may require a shorter service or rescheduling; no-shows and last-minute cancellations may forfeit the deposit. Unpaid balances may result in storage or collection charges where permitted.

Vehicle condition and personal property

Please disclose known damage, weakened paint or trim, previous repairs or repainting, mechanical issues and other relevant conditions. Cleaning or correction may reveal pre-existing defects. Remove personal property and valuables before service; Brock Boys is not responsible for undisclosed items left behind.

Results, coatings and films

We set realistic expectations based on the condition of each surface. Deep scratches, clear-coat failure, permanent stains, corrosion, dents, delamination and structural damage may not be correctable. Ceramic coatings and protective films reduce maintenance and exposure but do not make a surface damage-proof. Film may have edges, seams or temporary installation moisture; follow-up inspection and proper maintenance may be required.

Completed services and warranties

Because services are customized and labor-intensive, completed or partially completed services are not refundable. If there is a concern, contact us promptly so we can inspect the work and determine an appropriate correction. Any applicable workmanship or manufacturer warranty excludes misuse, neglect, accidents, environmental damage and ordinary wear, and may require documented maintenance.

Photos and liability

Unless you ask us not to, Brock Boys may photograph the serviced vehicle or equipment and use those images for portfolio or marketing purposes without personal information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service, and Brock Boys is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
